• You must have legal authority to install cameras at the monitored property
• You must comply with local privacy laws regarding video surveillance in India
• You must inform visitors/occupants that surveillance is in place
• Cameras must not infringe on neighbors' privacy or record public areas

9.2 Our Monitoring

• Operators view footage only when alerts are triggered or during scheduled reviews
• Footage is not viewed continuously (event-based review only)
• All viewed footage is handled with strict confidentiality

9.3 Footage Requests

You can request copies of your video footage at any time. We will provide footage within 48 hours of your request.

10. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies only for session management and basic functionality. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.
